We supplied and delivered one full container of ABS floats, Polyester ropes with thimbles spliced at the both ends, galvanized open link chains and shackles for client who is doing marine floating PV mooring project. Chains coupled with ropes are mooring lines, ABS floats are used under the sea at around 15meter, which can make the bottom rope end floating to escape the friction in the seabed.
EPS/PU Foamed Polyethylene Buoys are commonly used in aquaculture mooring system, like cage fish farming, kelp or shellfish mooring grid, since it has strong PE shell, can be used in harsh marine environment. It is light weight with economic cost, and can be easy handling.
Central Connection Ring we produced is mainly for fish farming mooring system. We adopt 20Crmnti material, rolling forged process for the ring, with welding across plate for support. It has lifting eyes at the upper and lower end for connecting.
