Our pipeline factory has been specialized in the production of plastic pipelines for more than two decades, standing out as one of earliest and largest manufacturers of plastic pipes in China. The company has taken the lead in obtaining ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 system certificates, as well as certifications for integrity management. The manufactured HDPE100 pipes are commonly in aquaculture industry, since it is with excellent physical properties, corrosion resistance, long service life, good toughness, excellent flexibility, easy construction, good sealability and good resistance to stress cracking.
The cage bracket we manufactured is injection molded technique. The existing molds we have cover a series size of 200/250/315/355/400/450/500mm, and can be suitable for building cage size from circumference 40m-160m. The I-shaped frame is a one-piece structure formed by a double holes HDPE bracket, an upright pipe, and an equal-diameter tee butt fusion welded with upright pipe. The I-shaped frames are evenly distributed along the perimeter of the cage frame, with a spacing of 1.5m to 2.0m.
We are experienced on working Marine Cyclone Mooring, Aquaculture Fish Cage, Seaweed Cultivation Mooring, Shellfish Mooring Grid, and Offshore Floating Construction Mooring projects, providing the whole set of mooring components for customer’s project doing.
