We choose Q355B steel with the upper tolerance of the plate thickness to guarantee its weight. All steel work will be done clear of excessive weld spatter. All piece parts are free from burrs and rough edges, and can be fitted together adequately. All chamfer and knuckles in correct places as per construction drawing. NDT inspection is done for all welds to ensure welding quality. And, all fasteners are with 10.9 grade.

Our produced Stingray Anchor is adpoted high-tensile steel plate Q355 material, manufactured via precision welding for structural integrity. Stingray anchor is featured with a broad, flat, wing-like fluke design and a dual-shank (double-handle) structure. It is light weight, weighing approximately 75% of a conventional anchor, but it is 1.3 times the holding power. Its holding capacity can reach over 40 times its own weight, and it is applied to different seabed types.
