Thanks for our client's sharing, who is a fish farmer in North Europe, and they use our 315mm double holes bracket, tees, walkway padels for their cage building. This time, they builds 10 sets of cages for their fish farming with perimeter of 70meters.
Stingray anchor provides ultimate holding powers, it is commonly used in cyclone mooring system and aquaculture fish cage mooring system. We choose Q355B steel with the upper tolerance of the plate thickness to guarantee its weight. All steel work will be done clear of excessive weld spatter. All piece parts are free from burrs and rough edges, and can be fitted together adequately. All chamfer and knuckles in correct places as per construction drawing. NDT inspection is done for all welds to ensure welding quality. And, all fasteners are with 10.9 grade.
