Our produced 400mm Double Collars HDPE Bracket is injection molded. Compared to roto-moulding type, it is more strong and robust, can be used in more severe sea condition and extend the service life of fish cage.

500mm double holes injection brackets are widely used for tuna farm cage with floating pipes of 500mm, it is durability and high strength. Injection molding allows for the production of precise and complex shapes, making it suitable for creating brackets with specific design requirements. The fitted Tees, Stoppers and Pins are supplied also, so client can do assembly work easily.

Marine Aquaculture Fish cages are composed of HDPE floating pipes, double-hole brackets, Upright pipes, tees, stoppers, pins, and walkway padels as options. We can provide complete sets of products for on-site installation at customer facilities. The double-hole brackets are compatible with fish cage floating pipes ranging from 200mm to 500mm in diameter.

Butt fusion welding is a method of joining pipes and fittings of the same width and thickness using pressure and heat. The mouth of the to be welded HDPE part is heated to 170-250 degrees in order to be smoothly smoothed. They will then be joined by touching each other. HDPE butt welding is performed by pressing down on specific areas of the heater, waiting under pressure, and combining them.
