450mm HDPE Cage Bracket Integrated Injection Type
Our produced integrated injection mold HDPE cage bracket is made from 100% virgin HDPE, offering excellent corrosion resistance, UV stabilization, and durability in both freshwater and saltwater applications. It is easy to assemble and expand. The structure is designed for quick installation on-site, allowing for flexible configuration from small-scale farms to large industrial projects.
Our model 450mm integrated bracket is suitable for two floating pipes fish cages with Φ450mm HDPE pipes, and it is designed with two handrail pipes with Φ140mm pipes. Unlike traditional roto-molded bracket, our injection molded design ensures unparalleled wall thickness consistency and weldless joints, significantly reducing the risk of leakage or structural fatigue. It can withstand harsh weather conditions, strong currents, and UV radiation, providing a stable and secure living environment for marine species such as Atlantic salmon, sea bass, and cobia.
