Synthetic rope thimble is one kind of lighter weight heavy duty Rope thimble used for the marine towing and mooring industry. Light enough for easy handling and maximum high strength at the critical point. The generous inside dimension allows the thimble to fit shackle easily, it is a very good choice for Synthetic rope, make safer when working, made with precision cast super alloy steel.
The Semi-Enclosed Thimble and Master Link Assembly is pre-assembled component, we do thimble firstly and then assemble it with master link when welding the master link. The master link would make it more easily to connect with other parts, like chain by a shackle. It is a critical component in demanding marine environments like dock/mooring systems and aquaculture farms. Available surfaces: Galvanized, Hot Dip Galvanized and Painted.
