In all kinds of the chemical fiber and natural fiber ropes, polyester rope is with the best UV resistance. It's owns stable chemical performance, good avrasion and chemical corrosion resistance. It absorbs water and keeps same elongation rate and strength when it's under wet condition. It is widely used in marine mooring and sea farming.

3/4/6 strands twisted rope is produced by PP, PE, Polyester, PP/polyester mixed or polyamide(Nylon). It's small size and commonly used in ship mooring, shipbuilding, deep sea farming, pelagic fishing, mine, water conservancy projects and etc. 

In many cases, chain is coupled with fibre rope, sections of chain on a mooring line provide weight and wear resistance where it is most needed, while fibre sections keep weight down and improve the manageability of the system.

Nylon Double Braid Rope is the rope of choice for hawser applications for Storm Moorings all the way through to SPM Moorings. Polyester Double Braid Rope is a multi-plaited line constructed predominantly for the towage and pennant markets.  Polypropylene Rope is a universal rope that comes predominantly in 3 & 8 Strand construction and used generally for daily berthing and mooring applications and not generally for specialty applications.
