1. PIPE WELDING
Use Butt fusion welding machine, welding all the pipes into lines.
2. ASSEMBLY
(1) Insert the brackets into welded pipes, use two forklifts to take turns lifting the pipes. Make sure the gaps are even between brackets.
(2) Mark the center of pipe, take 4 safety belts, tie one belt 3m away from the center, the other belt on the other side, tie 1 each on both end of the pipes, take 2 chain hoists, hoop them on the center 2 belts, then cross two chain hoists.
(3) Place assisting pipes underneath the welded pipes line assisting pipes into a semicircle, the arch should point toward the direction going to bend, park forklifts at both ends, heads toward the bending direction, one worker pulling from the front both teams from both ends, head toward the center at the same time, hoop the belts on both ends to the chain hoist at the center, keep shortening the belts until the pipe is close the shape of zero.
(4) Adjust the pipe until the opening can touch each other. Place the welding machine in the inner circle. Place welding point at the clamp center. Keep adjusting until both ends fit in the clamp. Belt in the middle should be a cross. Tow sides of the pipes, should be straight lines before welding. Follow same welding rules, however keep the pressure for 2 hours. Weld the outer circle after releasing the inner circle pipe(4 hours in total). Take off the belts after loop is welded and completely cool down(after 4 hours). Push the brackets into position.
3. SHAPING
Spread paint at the center of circle. From the center, measure the radius, and mark 8 directions on of the circle. Use forklift to push/pull the pipes, until it reaches a circle. The pipe should be at the position of the mark.
4. INSTALL HANDRAIL
Insert the T-bar onto the bracket. Hammer the bolts into the preserved holes on brackets. Mark the blockers position, it should be 1cm away from the bracket. Avoid the preserved holes, while marking the blocker on inner circle. Keep pressure for 4-5 minutes after welding, until the stopper is hard and cool down. Follow same instruction for inner circle stopper.
