Steel Structure:
（1）Seamless steel pipe + Both ends welded with lifting eyes, H.D.Gal..
（2）Four lengths of M30 SS316 screw bolts pass through the buoy body, two ends are fixed with SS316 nuts.
Fixed discs at the top and bottom, along with ≥5mm strengthening ribbed U-steel. H.D.Gal and Painted.

The shell material is made of 100% new polyethylene (PE) with added UV stabilizers, the PE shell maintains structural integrity even under long-term exposure to strong ultraviolet radiation in coastal and open sea areas, avoiding the common problem of material degradation faced by ordinary plastic floats. The interior is filled with high-density EPS foam, which not only delivers excellent buoyancy but also ensures that the float remains functional even if the shell is accidentally damaged. The closed-cell structure of EPS foam prevents water absorption, maintaining stable buoyancy performance for long-term use and eliminating the risk of buoyancy loss caused by water penetration.
