Field verification of our 315mm HDPE cage brackets,
which are under usage of 10 sets diameter 22.3m floating fish cages in European coastal farms
At the invitation of the client, our sales team made a series of on-site customer visits in Europe this month of August. With the client's accompany, we went to the sea to check the conditions of the client's rainbow trout/salmon farming and the usage of the floating cages. The diameter of the fish cages for breeding is 22.3 meters. It is composed of two 315mm pipes in a double-floating structure, and is supported by our 315mm double holes cage brackets.
Adopting one-piece injection molding technology, the brackets deliver integrated and seamless structural performance. After long-term offshore operation in the European archipelago sea area, the equipment maintains very good operating status and excellent overall performance, earning full recognition and high praise from local customers. In addition to high-performance injection molded HDPE brackets, we also provide walkway padels for clients. The sturdy and anti-slip platform is firmly installed on the cage frame, allowing farm workers to stand safely and observe fish growth status, check cage operation conditions, and conduct daily maintenance intuitively and conveniently. It greatly improves the safety and efficiency of daily farming management, bringing more practical and humanized operation experience for European offshore aquaculture. As informed by the customer, the lifespan of the aquaculture cages we provide can reach up to 25 years.
