Stocking: Fingerlings are stocked with approx.6gr. in offshore nursery cages, and after 3 months they are transfered to the grow out cage; Fish in Cage; Harvesting: Approximately 12 months after being stocked, the fish are harvested and shipped fresh to local and international markets on a daily basis.
