Thimble with Master Link Assembly | High-Efficiency Offshore Mooring Solutions

In offshore aquaculture and marine mooring systems, mooring line end connections, the critical interface between ropes, buoys, and fish cages, are the important part of the entire system. Traditional setups using standard shackles and open thimbles frequently suffer from cramped hardware layout, accelerated rope wear, and troubles field installation. These common issues compromise overall mooring stability and drastically shorten the service life of marine infrastructure.

Our integrated Thimble and Master Link Assembly is engineered to resolve these long-standing marine mooring pain points. Offering a compact, robust, and low-maintenance connection solution, it is built to withstand extreme deep-sea conditions, delivering superior reliability and elevating the overall performance of your mooring setup.

Mooring buoys and cage central connection plate have limited, fixed mounting space in deep-sea applications. Fitting multiple mooring lines directly onto a single eye connection plate with standard hardware inevitably causes shackle clashing, binding, and mechanical interference, which will occur mooring safety risks. Master link solves this problem by acting as a centralized mooring hub. It consolidates multiple mooring lines into a single high-tensile connection point, which attaches to the equipment eye connection plate with just one shackle. This streamlined layout saves valuable mounting space, simplifies the entire connection system, and eliminates hardware overcrowding completely.

In high-energy sea states, individual mooring lines move independently. Closely spaced traditional thimble setups result in constant collision and friction between components. The master link reserves sufficient mechanical movement clearance for each mooring line. It allows free rotation and flexible swing of every single line during operation, zero collision and friction between components.
