Offshore Cage Mooring System


The mooring system of HDPE cages is a square shaped grid system held on the sea bed with an array of mooring lines, it is divided into two groups, floating grid system and anchor mooring lines.


Mooring anchors, anchor chains, mooring ropes, buoys and shackles are the main components of mooring line. The grid system covers frame ropes, bridles, mooring buoys, mooring connection plate, and connection shackles. The cages are aggregated in modules, and installed in two parallel columns.
