EPS FOAMED PE BUOY FOR MARINE AND AQUACULTURE MOORING SYSTEM
Rotomolded from 8 mm thick polyethylene (PE) and filled with polystyrene foam (EPS), polyurethane foam (PUR) or other materials depending on the application.
The buoys are equipped with hot dip galvanized steel plates and strengthened lifting eyes, 4 full-length hot dip galvanized steel bolts through the center.
Hard shell PE buoy intended for surface use usually come with EPS foam filling. And even if products are intended to be used without foam, often it is recommended supplied with foam for increased durability. Expansion of the EPS foam is done by using heat, and requires experienced operators.
Here, I recommend one type of ball buoy with buoyancy of 3000kg and 2000kg. It is suitable for aquaculture, offshore, surface, or other installations.
