Firstly, do the butt fusion welding work for the tee and upright pipe, the diameter of upright pipe is equal to that of tee. Then, plug the well fished upright pipe into the hole of bracket.


Welding Requirement:

1、Welding should ensure that the section is completely in the middle and the wrong side does not exceed 10% of the wall thickness.

2、The butt temperature should be kept at 210-230℃, and the melting length of the two ends should be 1-2mm

3、Welding parameters: pipe heat absorption time 70-120s, cooling time 10-16min.
