Deep water cage, also called offshore cage, set water depth of more than 15 meters, coastal open water large cage into deep water cage. At present, there are different types of cage in the world according to the operation mode of floating cage, lifting cage, submersible cage and semi-submersible cage. According to the different cage structure, there are round, square, polygon and cone. The materials of the frame also come in different forms, such as plastic, metal and concrete. In recent years, the worldwide cage use HDPE(high density polyethylene) as raw material.



Fish Cage Composition:


The cage is mainly composed of three parts, frame, net and anchorage system.

At present most of the fish cage in the world adopts HDPE (high density polyethylene) material, the material has good heat resistance and cold resistance, stable chemical performance, also has high rigidity and flexibility, high mechanical strength, impact resistance, good rigidity can guarantee framework by enough tension, higher toughness can guarantee the frame by the good resistance to wind and waves, The combination of the two can achieve "rigid and flexible" so as to ensure that the cage has a good ability to resist wind and waves.
