We just finished and delivered one batch of 1500L rotomolded PE buoy with EPS foamed for one of our clients which has marine mooring projects in Africa, this is sea floating new energy project.

The main Parameter of our 1500L Buoys:

PE Thickness: ≥8mm

Shell Material: New polyethylene plastic PE, with added UV protection agent.

Internal: EPS Foamed

Steel Structure:

（1）Seamless steel pipe + Both ends welded with lifting eyes, H.D.Gal..

（2）Four lengths of M30 SS316 screw bolts pass through the buoy body, two ends are fixed with SS316 nuts.

Fixed discs at the top and bottom, along with ≥5mm strengthening ribbed U-steel. H.D.Gal and Painted.

（3）Fixed discs at the top and bottom, along with≥5mm strengthening ribbed U-steel. H.D.Gal and painted.
